[EVA] [ADV] Releases?

Hey I have a question could someone explain to me why people have been
saying that Vol 9 is out and telling people were to go to purchase it if
ADV does not release it untill 11/22? (Check out www.ADFilms.com)

I know some of you americans have seen the whole series but some of us are
limited to the american release.  (my friend with fansubs ran out and
graduated so he moved arround ep.5 or 6)
