Because it was the last chance that Asuka was getting to c=scyncronize with
Eva and if u haven't seen yet Eva rejects the Dummy plug so it wuldn't of
mattered any ways

Here's a question: A SPOILER







	Why did they not implement the dummy plug when Asuka was having so much
trouble synchronizing? Instead Gendou says in essence, as long as she is
there it will be enough. I forgot which EP it was, around 20-23, I think.
