I think the characters' personalities are covered more in depth in the
manga, I don't know, I haven't read any!  I was ALWAYS PUZZLED by the
popularity of Rei in Japan since she doesn't even do that much on TV.
I think Japanese people like more reticent girls like Rei and Ami
(Sailormoon).  Furthermore, there're tons of H dojinshi that have been
written on them.

One question I have always wanted to ask.  I know that the story-telling
of both manga and anime are similar, what happens in the series are in the
manga as well.  But which stories are covered in which volume?  And up to
which part does the 4th volume cover?  Is the EVA manga still going and
going?


(can't stand... no.. not.... having read... the mang.aa.... anymore....
Dang!  I should have bought the EVA manga in Kinokuniya back then (about
a year ago), but before I didn't even know what EVA is....kusoooo)
