Looking from another perspective, a stressful life is not really bad at
all, it is an opportunity for you to realise that life is very beautiful.
If your life is relaxing all the years, you will never realise the need for
rest and relaxation. (i.e. a fish in the sea will never know the importance
of water until it is beached). A killer life may put one off but the
saticfaction obtained during rest is of several magnitudes superior to
ordinay dull life. All you need is the right attitude to life and life is
beautiful always.

If everyone thinks like mentioned above (like dreamreaver, me, lah!),
there's no need for  HCP! Hmmmm..... BTW, HCP was translated as the Human
Strengthening Program, wonder if it is apt. Any comments?
