I agree with this. I've done (to my great surprise), an old man, a young
girl, stern warrior, bubby youth and other weird roles. (I've even tried and
managed Gendou's voice. ^_^) However, like singing, you have to tape and
listen your own voice to get good.

As regards EVA, I think Ogata Megumi is the best seiyuu. How about everyone
else?
