I find it amazing that people appear to have such a problem with seiyuu
taking different roles.  Its their job.  Who gives a rats arse if Mitsuishi
Kotono has played both Usagi and Misato.  Playing Usagi put her on the map,
and a role in Sailormoon is considered a big feather in a seiyuu's cap.  In
the end, it was up to the producers of Evangelion who they wanted in which
roles.  They chose those they thought would be the best.  People who have
problems with the choices are quite happy to watch the dub for the rest of
their life.  Then they won't have to whine about it anymore.
