As it sits now, incoming addresses are only compared to a list of banned
addresses. The're not even compared against the subscriber list, as of
right now. So, any address should work.

This may change in the future... I've already had spam on the subscribe
address. (FYI, the archive is robots.txt-ed for your spam protection.)

The SMTP server you use should never matter, in any case. Read the rfcs
for the long and boring details. (My gut tells me 821 and 822, but i'm not
sure if that's just mail or if it includes SMTP.)
