To everybody and anybody out there:

	In eps. 23 or 24 where Kaoru appears, fuyu something (the second
commander in charge of NERV, I forgot how to spell in Eng.), said that
Kaoru or the fifth child is sent directly by SEELE themselves (that's
what the dub write)...

	So is that true that SEELE has something to do with the angels or
is it something wrong with the dub...(can somebody help me on this)
