Hi all,

I just got "refrain" which I have to agree with Patrick that the CD
really is for Takahashi Yoko fans. ^-^

Over all, it is a great J-pop album with the usual Eva twist---the
opening Prologue and Epilogue music are just great! Also, another music
track Forbidden Gene is also very interesting. Reminds me of Delrium and
Egnima (house, trance genre).

My favirouts Tamashii no Rufuran, Kokoro yo kenjini ne modore, Muken
DaiTe (?) are ALL on this CD! As Muken Daite is my all time fav. Eva song
even though it is not in the series itself. This song can still bring
tears to my eyes  for no apperent reason. -_-;

I recommand this CD for people already completed their entire collection
of Eva CD *and* J-pop fans that would like to listen to the lovely voice
of Takahashi Yoko! Also, most of the songs are new recording and with new
mix. Like, Zankoku na Tenshi no Thesis (Ambivalence Mix) got a new "Rock
treatment". Pretty cool! If you haven't got any Eva CD, you're better off
getting sound track I and II, though.

Regards.
George

-ps-Off topic for just one sec.: Is anyone on the list into late 80s',
early 90s' J-pop? Like: Boowy, Rebecca, PSY.S, YMO, Barbee Boys? If
you're into those type of music please e-mail me! ^-^
