[EVA] Wallpaper again

I've finally gotten the pics I want, now how do I turn them from JPEG's into
BMP? BTW, is it possible to make Windows accept different graphic types?

To keep this EVA-related, anyone know of good EVA sounds sites? (Besides
that one at Tokyo Towers with the FF7 theme...it's downloading has a major bug.)
