When  did the first Rei die? How did Commander Ikari know that the last 
angel was coming, and how did they know that  Karou was the last angel? 
Where did Karou come from, and if he just appeared, why did nerv just 
"accept" him to be the 5th child? Do they ever show  Touji in the 
movies?  What happens to Asuka? Thank you.
