Actually, I believe that Kaworu's birthday is the exact date of the Second
Impact. I guess, as he is an Angel, that he was cloned from Adam (is this
right?) the day of the Second Impact. Maybe this is also Rei's birthday? It
does make it hard to believe that Gendou didn't know about Kaworu. It seems,
though, as if Ritsuko might have known about him.
