Isn't it because it has something to do with the time of their conception?
I mean weren't all the EVA pilots born 9 months after the Second Impact? I
guess there's some kind of effect that the impact caused on the babies and
that there's some sort of connection since all the EVA units had a small
part og the Angels in them.
