The third Impact is a little more complicated than simply an angel
touching Lillith.  Also, 01 and Lillith are not exactly the same.  I mean,
consider that 01 does have mechanical parts installed into it, and that
until it eats Zuruel's S2 it has a limited, external power supply.  Also
consider the fact that they have different souls.  Lillith has "her" own
while 01 has Yui's.  Finally take note of the fact that Seele had to use
01 instead of Lillith for the HCP because they lost the Spear of Longinus.
Apparently 01 can be used for the HCP without the Spear while Lillith
cannot be used for that purpose without it.  That's a fairly important
difference.
