[EVA] Re: Eva and the Ring

Well... as I previously told I'm actually working on the 7-10 italian
script of Eva. 

I have little questions on the original script, as some lillte dialogue are
still (and I've already got at least three different tranlations) hermetic
to me...

So please, everyone in the ML who think to have perfectly understand the
following cuts, please answer me! ^__^

1) Ep. 7: Kaji and Gendo at the phone.

A) What are they speaking about, *exatly*?

I assumed the Japanese gouvernement asked Nerv information about the boso
incident in episode 1, or maybe some general information about Evas and
Angel. Nerv is 'over the law', but the gouvernement use the autority of the
control of public information, so Nerv had to provide the information, but
kaji fill up the report with false datas...

B) What is *exactly* Jooteki seibi (= legal act, or legal regulament)?

I suppose a new regulamentation of Nerv position in front of the law,
probably more restrictive...

2) Ep. 7: Gendo and the man

Still waiting an answer from Mr. Takeuchi... 'dainiji seibi' seems to refer
to the second use of Eva, the primary use of Eva Mass Pruduction Model, the
why it is necessary to go on in construction over Unit 6 (till 13)... the
Third Impact (Seele version)

3) Ep. 10: Kaji and the woman

Probably a spy? Maybe from Japanese Interior as Kaji (his third
occupation)? 

What are thy talking about? what dos it mean 'the A-17 also mean the
freezing of actual assets'?
Why Kaji says 'Nerv is not so arrogant' at the and of the scene?
