Oh, I guess I DID spell it right... What do you know. Yes, this would be what

Sorry... I wish I knew where the heck I read it... But the only part where
Gulliver was involved was on the basic concept design of the EVAs - a living
giant being tied up and restricted, which is very much what Evas are. This, I
heard, was the reason why Evas lack any appearant heavy machinery and armors
(which are present in the initial design, but abandoned in the final draft)
that other mechas of animation has - to emphysize this point.
