Lessee. An average mobile suit in the Gundam UC timeline is about 18 meters
(about 60 feet) high. Evas are as tall as, or taller than, high-rise
buildings. The Eva LM HG kits are non-scale, but are approximately 1/300
the size of an actual Evangelion unit (if there were any in real life).
Which would be bigger, Gunbuster or EVA-01? GB at least has a stated height
(250 meters) to use in comparisons...

I'd say an Eva is at _least_ 200 meters tall.
