I heard that newtype published the scripts to eoe and/or d+r. Is this 
true.

## As far as I know, not true. "DRAGON" did though. My translation
## is based on the scripts published in "DRAGON" as well as the
## EOE film books.
     
Which issues (approximately) are they in.

## 1997/10 to 1998/1  I think.... They published the whole script in
## four issues.
