[EVA] Questions about Ep. 7, 8, & 9

okay i watched a few tapes again last night and i came up with a few
questions, and if you can't answer then, they dont need to be answered
:)

1) At the start of Ep 7, shinji leaves with toji and kenske, then it
shows misato on the phone.  then she says something along the lines of
"he just left, keep an eye on him"  (or something like that) who was
she talking to, and why keep an eye on him at school?

2) Why did they sabotage the JetAlone? was it to gain more support and
funding, while not having to waste the time dealing with others?

3) In Ep 8, misato shows the capain of the Over The Rainbow her id,
and a lot of things are scratched out?  what's the point of that?

4) would the red ending (durring fly me to the moon) happen to
correspond to the fact that this is the first "auska" episode? (9 is
the same, the first two episodes with auska?)

5) What is Silver Bell?  whatever it is it's on sublevel B-09 :)
(it's on the sign behind misato after she leaves the elevator)

6) In Ep 9, when all the kids are watching shinji and auska do the
dance thing, why would rei go home with misato?  was she going to test
the two of them (rei and shinji) together?  or was it just to hang
out? (that sounds funny when talking about rei)

7) are the entry plugs sideways when they are put into the evas?  they
twist when they go in, so what is the orientation of the kids inside
the eva?
