Yaah, I'm pretty sure Unit 02 has purplish Blood.  If you check out the
magazine (not sure which one but I think it was released by Sega) with the
picture of Rei on the cover (yeah, like that really narrows it down ^_^) and
says "Evangelion in 3-D" They have several excellant renditions of scenes
from EOE and the series using various models while showing how they put
certain pieces together.  Anyway, they've got a scene with EVA Unit 01
standing there (with a positronic sword!!!!!!) and one of the MP units is
looking up and all of them have this purplish stuff smeared on their,
uh....faces.  I think someone brought this up, but I didn't have much time
to browse the magazine.  If anyone has any idea of what I'm talking about,
they show the Unit 02 under the bunch of MP units (one of them has spikes on
its head??? O_o) being, um, pushed over the Henickle limit.  Hey they also
have a model of "'Last Scene' Asuka" which, while kinda gloomy is awfully
well done.  Wish I'd had enough cash to buy it, but I'm broke (sigh).  Oh
yeah, they also had one of those 'Rei-Angel' things (the kindd with wings,
not the Shitos ^_^).  Considering what a good job these guys did on the
models, I'm pretty sure they got the blood color right.  Strange that
various 'Angels' (of which unit 02 can probably be considered one) have
various different blood colors, especially from Lillith (LCL is her "blood"
right?)
