Well, possible translation of the phrase is:
"SYU ha TEN ni shirosimesu, YO ha nabete koto mo nashi".
All-caps stand for kanji, so the hiragana for the phrase
becomes:
"ha ni shiroshimesu, ha nabete koto mo nashi" B-P
