Is it just me that got this impression, but was Kaoworu (Gomen) sent by
SEELE instead of being chosen by or from the Marduck Report?  If NERV was in
control of the report, I wonder why they'd chose him when they know so
little about him.  Contrary to the general thinking of NERV...What they
don't know, they find out...^_^ (Angels...Kaji....Misato...etc...etc...)
