My personal opinion - it has little to nothing to do with the element. If you're dealing with numbers under 100 coincidences happen :) I think it's a lot simpler -- neon evokes images of modern or futuristic settings, hence Neon Genesis - the new Genesis Ikari attempts to acieve with the third impact (i think?) :) rosie139
