Actually I would have to seriously disagree with you. I like the way that
Brendan said it, however I too have my own reasons.

Age can definatly be irrevillent. I have shown Neon Genesis Evangelion
to people of differant ages, although they were all teenagers.

Subject#1 18- "That was so cool, I gotta see more of that."

Subject#2 16- "The crosses... it kind of freaky."

Subject#3 16- "Cool! he just wasted that bad boy!" (bad boy=angel)

As you can see, the pentality of the viewer, encluding what they find
to be entertainment has a great deal to do with how they view the show.
Personally people I know in real life have allways regarded me as being
too old for my age, and that my age did not suit my size.
Being 6 feet tall and being 14 years old, I have had people ask me for
my drivers lisence. I explain to them that I don't have one because I am
14 years old. They tell me I am lieing... so I ask someone whom I know to
prove it. Throughout my entire life most of my closest friends have been
older then me. I find no shame in admitting my age. Because at some point
everyone was that age. And back to mentality, I can point out quite a few
people in my class who have the body of a 14 year old. But act like that
of a 5 year old. In all seriousness.

Again, now that I have told you all about myself. I wouls advise you not
to make pre-judgments on people based on their age, because I am sure you
know someone your age, who acts like a young child. So I would advise you
not to judge me on my age. Because if you knew me in real life you would
know.
