There is (at this point) only one place that I know of that really helps out 
in this. B. Jamieson's website has a section dedicated to the new/altered 
scenes.  Go to it here:

The other URL that someone gave was for Seiyuu's Evangelion Archives.  While 
useful in that it has a large number of screen caps, its doesn't really have 
any accompanying explanations.

It's not.  So, many apologies to ADMIN. I only reply because knowing the 
content of the revised episodes alters one's perception of the EVA world in 
an important way, so I feel it's necessary information to know.
