    Is soo wrong. Gendo didn't want Shinji around him so that he
wouldn't hurt him (watch EoE, or read the script). In that time Gendo
grew callous. He started to not care about Shinji, only the Project.
That look Gendo gives Shinji after the Thirteenth Angel is one of
extreme purturbness (for Gendo at least) because it upsets his

    Adam caused Second Impact. This is an established fact. The so
called "First Impact" was just part of a rouse to keep the real cause of

the Second Impact secret. It has no bearing whatsoever over what goes on

in NGE.

    SELLE translated them. The one who translated them happened to be
Kihl Lorenz, who just happened to have spoken that language when he was
born (he's very old.  ^_^)
