there is no such thing as the eva bible...  the RCB could be purchased at the opening of the end of evangelion in japan only some years ago... it was to provide some insight on the production notes, glossary of terms etc. used in evangelion...  

the chance of getting a copy of an original rcb is next to zero and even if you did get one can you read japanese?
