It should also be noteworthy to remember that there is a NERV facility of 
some kind at Matsushiro. Unit 03 was tested here rather than at the NERV HQ 
facilities (which makes you wonder).  Also, there is a MAGI SCS (MAGI-2) 
located here as well.
