Yes,i think you are talking about the Eva series
formation that creates 2 spirals(this one happens just
after the Giant Rei opens her eyes).This symbol means
that their A.T fields are resonating together(Makoto
says this).I am pretty sure that this symbol is used
by gnostics,i will try to gather more info and post
it.
