[EVA] 2APT Part-2: A fresh start

I'm back. ^^
There has been no objection to the first half of the 2APT, so I will
consider the existence of a 2nd Angel to be universally accepted.

That leaves only the second half -- who/what is it?
I don't want to let the argument diverge into semantics or abstract
arguments, so I am going to list the starting points and then deal with
each point individually until it is either resolved or it is decided
that there is insufficient evidence to continue.
Again, my emphasis is on "beyond any reasonable doubt".

No one has added any further candidates for the 2nd Angel slot, so our
three candidates are:
  1- Lilith
  2- An unknown Angel
  3- The Lance
Of these, I consider the Lance to be the weakest candidate, so let's
start with that.

I say the Lance cannot be an Angel because:
1- It never produces an ATField/anti-ATField
   (No ATField/anti-ATField, no core, no soul => not an Angel/human)
2- It shows no signs of sentience
3- It better fits the description of "tool needed for Instrumentality"
(ie: Fruit of Life/naked S^2 engine used to increase ATField power
beyond the critical threshold to turn it into an anti-ATField)

There are probably other points, but let's start with these.
Anyone feeling the Lance could be an Angel please give your evidence.
