Given assumptions along the lines of ATFT, just because we don't "see" the
Lance's ATF doesn't mean that it doesn't have one. Is it infact ever stated
that an entity *must* have a "visible" ATF to classify as an Angel/Human?

At no point is it ever stated that an Angel *must* have sentience.
