Possibly, but that's presuming that:
a) Lilith wasn't found in the Black Moon.
b) Her S^2 engine was removed.
c) The S^2 engine can "provide energy for the Anti-ATF."
d) We know that Lilith doesn't have an S^2 engine within her body.
