>>Is there any non-circumstancial evidence to back [If the Lance contains an S^2, then it is Adam's S^2.] up?
The line from the DEATH/Director's Cut scene.
The Lance was taken from Adam. If it is/has an S^2, then ipso facto it
must be Adam's.
>>You stated: "The Lance is/contains Adam's S^2."
>>The burden of proof is on you.
You stated first that the Lance could be an Angel, which would require
it to have an S^2, so the burden of proof is also on you. I am more than
willing to drop the L=S^2P for the time being, since my original aim is
the 2APT, which requires the elimination of the Lance as a candidate.
So I ask again: Does the Lance contain an S^2?
>>And yet you can't prove that the Lance doesn't have a soul.
If the Lance has an S^2, then the S^2 is Adam's. In this case it cannot
be an Angel, and would thus not have a soul.
If it does not have an S^2, then again it cannot be an Angel and would
not have a soul.
So which is it?
>>Simply because something comes from Adam and contains an S^2 doesn't
>>mean that the S^2 contained is *Adam's.*
Oh really? And how would you propose to achieve that?
>>Not only this, the very idea that the Lance contains an S^2 is in
>>question. Does it?
That is what I am asking you. Do you still say the Lance is the 2nd
Angel? If so, then you are saying that it has an S^2. If not, then we
can end this part of the 2APT and move on.
So which is it?
>>Sure. You can say all you want that *my* case requires the Lance to
>>contain an S^2. However, you'll note that the topic of discussion is
>>"Lance = S^2 Proof," and the fact that we're currently trying to
>>ascertain the validity of this proof.
And I have also said that the L=S^2P is merely incidental to the 2APT,
and can be dropped if not necessary.
So which is it?
