No. Eva-01 has become an eternal testament to the existance of humanity. Yui 
will be alone forever, but with the S2, she will never die. Eva-01s body has 
become similar to that of Rei...

Debatable. I say that Rei and Kaworu simply don't exist in a physical form 
anymore, but they could be dead.

Rei is Lillith. Rei has Lilliths soul, and then returns to Lillith. Kaworu 
had Adam's soul, and Adam's body was in Gendo's hand. They merged.

Well, the translation is odd, but basically Misato worries about the fact 
that she didn't change the carpet like Asuka told her too. (We never saw 
Asuka tell her that)

>4- Why Shinji do...what he do at the beginning of the film?

He was alone, going through puberty, and suffered a great loss at the death 
of Kaworu. It was wrong, and he realizes that, but he did it.
