This is quite a Green Day-style song (heh, only 3 chords) I composed
some months ago. I tried to express what Shinji would say to Gendo, if
he had some backbone and played in a punk rock band. I recorded a demo,
but it's acoustic and rather crappy, since I don't have a band. If
somebody want to hear the demo (MP3, 900K of space), e-mail me
privately.

Not Ready To Meet My Maker

Intro/Verses: A D A D A D E

Verse 1:
Oh no, there is no way,
Today is not the day
For me to return to my dust.
Already plotted my plans.
Won’t put my life in the hands
Of those who never gave me trust.

Chorus:
D A E A
There no more time to whining, I’ll stick to my choices.
         D A E
I won’t be the little boy going to Hell.
D A E A
You’d better step aside, I won’t do it by your way.
         D A E
I won’t listen to the crap you have to tell...
                         [Intro]
I’m not ready to meet my maker!

Verse 2:
My mind is free of sins.
I’m gonna find the means
To crack your shell and step outside.
Your nutty parasite.
I’m gonna make things right.
So shut up and enjoy the ride.

[Chorus]

A D A D E D A E D A E

Final Chorus:
You’re just a paranoid, spare me of your theories.
I won’t let you send me and my peers to Hell.
Forget your alibis, I will do it my own way.
In the end, there won’t be lies for you to tell...
I’m not ready to meet my maker!
[End In A]

Have fun!
