IIRC, Ranma (although the list is from his site) did not send the initial
email.  As a note to whoever did send it (I'm witholding his/her/its name on
purpose), you could of have just send the URL.

A note to everybody else: When somebody messes up, only one person needs to
reprimand them.  I don't know if they haven't yet read warnings from others
or what.  I have sure that 4 days after the "incident" the accused has
learned his/her/its lesson.I don't mind the monthly OT 'joyrides', but the
only thing that really annoys me is this kind of stuff.  So let's drop it
and move on.
