Seele's version would've brought to the creation of a single, lonely entity.
Gendou wanted Yui back and a happy family, he'd probably have fixed everything
up once in control, SHinji and Yui his family, a nice world his world. Yui
wanted humanity not to end like Seele wanted, so she gave to Shinji only the
control over the key for the Third Impact.
