I don't know about this one, Bochan. If you consider  the generally accepted
way that Evas are built. Even though 01 is a clone of Lilith, you must
consider that its basic construction and systems will still be similar to the
Adam clone units, e.g., a android of sorts with some man-made components such
as a spinal column. So it's unlikely, not impossible, but unlikely that 01
would have simply grown from Lilith in such a complete manner. Plus, what
would NERV do to spur Lilith do "disgourge" a whole new being in her image?
Cloning and cybernetics seem much more reasonable an explanation. However,
shooting holes in my own theory, 02 looks pretty darn fully biological in EoE
(if you know which scenes I am referring to).

I know there are no absolutes in the Evaverse (well, few), this has to be
