Hmmm...no, it looked to me you had just reported the proper line, not said
what it was for.

But its use is basically allowing the eva to recognize the pilot who's
inserted in, which kinda reminds me more a driver software. And I always
interpreted it as "a system that operates by means of personality transfer",
not "an Operating System" using personality transfer.
