[EVA] Eva Fest 2K-Resulting questions(chock full of spoilers)

Every year I hold a film festival at my house, where I show the whole Eva 
season, and
it is always very fun. Since we are all only under 21, we have a minimum of 
74 cans (I think that was this years count) to act as beer. We eat TONS and 
TONS of junk food, and this year our new things were, Eva 64 and D&R and The 
End.., also somehow we ended up having a Misato chugging (Mountain Dew of 
course) contest and it all resulted in regurgitation....not to mention 
SOMEONE, (whom is on this very ML) took the literal meaning of "throw me a 
dew" and ripped open my friend's face...but that is besides the point, I am 
posting because within the two day festival while watching EVA non-stop, some 
random things came to us, that confused our caffeine tweeked
minds..and those are THE EVA FEST QUESTIONS
(someone please try to answer them all)

Episode 1
After Sachiel takes a few bombs to the face...Fuyutski says...
"It's operating outside of it's parameters" it seemed as if he was referring 
to Sachiel?

Also any reason why Rei suddenly appears at the begining of the series? 

Episode 5
In episode 5, when Rei's activation test goes berserk and eventually it is 
all over and you are looking at the bakelite covered Eva, what is that cross 
jamming out of the top?

Episode 7
Who overided J.A's controls? Nerv or Seele?

Episode 10-MAGMA DIVER
If Type D Equipment is for extreme enviromental conditions, and I suppose B 
is normal, are there any other Types of equipment?

Episode 12
Where they are racing to catch the Angel, and Shinji's Eva starts going 
REALLY REALLY fast, what's up with that? When could he do that?

Also, where did the lance of Longinus come from, and if they used it to 
reduce Adam to embryonic state, how could they, if Eva's weren't created yet? 
Isn't it a little....big. For human use?

Episode 13
When Asuka was naked in her Entry Plug, why did she say that "Everything else 
is ok but my right arm is a little fuzzy" ?

Episode 14
When everyone was trying each others Eva's how come Misato said that nobody 
would be able to use Asuka's?

Why was Zero rejecting Shinji? and hurt Rei?

Episode 15
Why does Kaji tell Misato that Lillith is Adam?

Episode 16
What is the small red orb that Shinji hands his mother in the episode, when 
he is getting those memory relapses?

Episode 19
Did Touji loose an arm and a leg or just a leg?

Episode 20
When they kept trying to send Rei out in Unit O1 why would it reject him?

What part of Zeriuel did Shigouki eat to get the S^2 engine? Was it the core?

Episode 21 
At the end of the episode when Eva let Shinji out, where did he get out from?

Episode 23 
What is the lance made out of?

When Misato is trying to explain the Second Impact to Shinji  she said that 
"man reduced Adam to an egg to prevent the angels from causing further 
tragedy, woudn't taking turning Adam into an egg anyway result in tragedy? 
(The Second Impact?)

And what is the S^2 theory, the RCB says that that is what man woke Adam in 
Antarctica up with..?

We all understood most of the lillith parts but we came up with a few dead 
ends

What are the train scenes?

Is the coffee scene real? The one where Shinji strangles Asuka?

What is the red orb Lillith holds over the world?

What is with the scenes that are pictures of the real world?

When Eva-01 busts out of Lillith's eye, what happens, I don't understand a 
SINGLE thing about the wing deal and with the lance, why it becomes two 
edged, and what are those green crosses? And that red ball broke, what was in 
there?
How did Misato's cross get on the MP eva's crucifix?

Did Yui have the wish to live forever? Does that make her evil? Or something 
to that notion?

Well, thanks for reading, please try to answer these for me, my friends and I 
REALLY want to know. So please help.
