He didn't even try to claim them as canon what he did is provide a very
clear example that different interpretations can be made Eva. Granted a
lot of these are parodies or even alternate realities but even if you
eliminate those you still have a good number of fanfics that attempt to
explain what is happening which is evidence enough that multiple
interpretations of the same events are still viable.
As for the earlier comment about being polite, It is rather hard to
hold a "discussion" when both sides are arguing because then it means you
aren't listening to what the other person is saying. In other words if you
aren't polite why should we believe that you wish to actually discuss
something with us as oppossed to just arguing for the sake of arguing
(Golly, my communications skills class was actually useful for something).
I would have to say that this discussion is getting a little too personal
and you guys need to either get back to some meaningful point or take it
off list because right now the only thing I am seeing is a large arguement
about whether or not multiple interpretations are valid. And once again
let me apologize for any I may upset by this post. If you want to talk
about it though feel free to email me and not the list.

Oh yeah, does anybody else think it is coincidence that within a couple
days of admin announcing he won't be around for a while we get a large
heated arguement, naah, couldn't be.
