[EVA] Sailor Rei (was Bologna Pony)

Misato was deliberately intended to be like an adult Sailor Moon and even has
the same voice actress.  If you're going to compare anyone to Sailor Moon it
has to be her.

Gendou, Rei, and Shinji compare well to Professor Tomoe, Hotaru, and Chibi-Usa.
If you ignore the cuteness, the Chibi-Usa/Hotaru relationship is really a lot 
like Shinji/Rei, not to mention that the villains in SMS played upon
Chibi-Usa's feelings of uselessness.

Comparing the other characters is a problem because in Evangelion many of the
characters go nuts near the end of the series.  If I had to make a comparison
I'd probably compare Ritsuko/Sailor Venus (Sailor Venus tried to date two
men at the same time, both of whom turned out to be villains--I could see her
sleeping with Gendou), Asuka/Sailor Mars, Kaji/Motoki?  Nephrite?
