[EVA] Asuka and Rei. The Real EVA Couples Question!

I disagree. Up to some point, Asuka tries to get Rei to hang with her and Shinji
when possible, she invites her at Misato's promotion party, she wants her to
come along to celebrate after the Skyfalling angel battle, she tries to get to
know her from the first minute and confronts her when they are wandering thru HQ
when the power is cut off. Which is a perfectly predictable behavior for
anybody, including suka. What she adds of her own to this is the attempt to
install herself on a dominant and attention-centered position that Rei doe not
grant her. Which leads Asuka, together with Rei's obedience to orders, to think
of her as a doll and therefore despise her.
