I would disagree, in my opinion someone who is conscious and sentient with a 
mind who's consciousness is above that of a 3rd grader's that person is 
responsible for all their actions. The fact that her mind was violently 
altered by a traumatic event in her early childhood does not make her not 
responsible for her actions.
