Oh, I agree. It also adds to the overall whacked-out-ness of what is happening.
Everytime I watch the scene, especially showing when it to a friend, where Orochi-Shinji
grips Asuka's throat and lifts her off the ground, and then Komm Susser Todd
starts up, I get that eye-watery "this is the stuff" feeling. Y'know?
You think about it, and EoE delivers the first original apocalypse
