It is a spoof, in a way.  It's written by Anno, and it's basically his 
response to people wanting the series to continue after he's basically done 
with it.  I don't know whether its available in English...that would be 
cool, but probably not likely.  The only way I know what is in it is by 
reading a transcript of it.

You're not the only one who can't remember their names or numbers, I usually 
just describe them, and usually everyone knows which one I mean.  It's much 
easier and clearer that way, if you ask me.
