If the shop is just selling the Japanese DVDs/LDs/VHs
tapes, I don't think there's a problem with that.

IIRC, Manga Entertainment was able to sign up all the
cast from the ADV Films dub of the TV series.  But I
can't be certain, since I'm not interested in the dub 
:P
