Its not an anime, rather a live-action film made in Japan in 1999-2000 (?). As 
to where you could find it, its not likely to be on the net since it wasn't 
hugely popular (and you wouldn't d/l it if it was, now would you?), but you 
could probably special order from a good anime importer. I'm sure that there 
are domestic copies as well, best place to look would be a small, 
privately-owned avant-garde/arts-centered movie rental store. I believe the 
full title is just that, "Battle Royal".
