IMO little or no chance at all.
And even if something did happen to move events in that direction (ie:
acceptance and active pursual on the part of Shinji), one must remember
that despite her ways and weaknesses, she is also his commanding officer
and appointed guardian, and Misato is extremely responsible when it
comes to those areas.  Even the "adult kiss" in EoE was done for a
specific purpose, and she looked to Kaji as she lay dying immediately
thereafter.

In fact, I would not even give "all the way" little chance.
There would be -no- chance at all.
