My two cents:

1- From the Magokoro filmbook and EoE trading card images, Asuka is clearly
wearing her plugsuit, which is missing only the left arm.  (Note that whenever
Rei is shown injured, her plugsuit is generally missing both arms.)

2- In these images Asuka's eyes are the same muted color as the collar/lining
of her plugsuit, which is blue (just like her eyes) in the show.

3- As already pointed out by others, the bandages are completely different
from Rei's (ie: left eye vs. right eye), and instead match exactly the
injuries sustained by Asuka due to the Lance of Longinus.

4- Assuming Asuka also reformed herself (as stated by Yui (paraphrased) that
people can return if they can image themselves in their hearts), IMO she would
most likely reform in her last image of herself, which was in her plugsuit
with an injured eye and arm.  Further backing for this assumption is that
Shinji reformed wearing his school uniform, which is also what he was wearing
at the start of the complementation process.

Thus, there are both hard facts and circumstantial evidence that refute the
"composite Asuka" theory, and one need not rely on "personal opinion" or other
subjective interpretation.
